  • Inspection delays

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
If the provided address is incorrect:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • The customer must pay reshipping fees (if applicable)

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Damaged by the courier

If your package is marked delivered but you believe it was not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Warehouse location differences
