Items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We will only cover return shipping for wrong or damaged items received due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipping fees

  • Items returned in used/damaged condition

  • Unauthorized returns


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return after delivery.


9. Non-Delivery (Lost Package)

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

  • Contact us if still missing

We will assist with a courier investigation, but we are not responsible for stolen packages.
